My family and I recently stayed at Casa for a relaxing getaway, and I must say, our experience was delightful. Despite some minor hiccups during check-in, the attentive staff, especially Juanita and Diego, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The charming ambiance exuded a homely feel, perfect for families seeking a serene retreat.One of the highlights was the family-friendly amenities and activities offered. Our children, aged 12 and 13, thoroughly enjoyed exploring the hilly surroundings with the provided bike hire, adding a sense of adventure to our stay. The spacious rooms, tastefully furnished with fine decorations, catered perfectly to our needs. The inclusive atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the accommodating staff made our visit truly memorable.Although the hotel is small, the peaceful residential setting provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle. The delicious home-cooked meals and cozy lounge area, complete with a welcoming fireplace, added a touch of warmth to our evenings. Casa proved to be a hidden gem in Zapallar, offering a unique blend of comfort and tranquility for families seeking a memorable retreat.
